​

Alessandra Fachada Bonilha is a lawyer and counsel in the fields of Family and Corporate Governance, Family Law and Succession Planning. She is also a mediator and specialist in the management of corporate and business conflicts.

​

She has broad experience in judicial recovering transactions, debt and business restructuring deals, as well as in the development of strategic tools and models for business and family governance within succession planning and wealth management projects.

​

In addition, her broad experience with Mediation and Negotiation cases provided her with a multidisciplinary assessment of the cases, in order to recommend, develop and implement sustainable solutions for Family and Corporate Governance projects.

​

She acts as Judicial Mediator and as Private Mediator in the main Mediation and Arbitration Chambers in Brazil, such as CAM-CCBC (Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce), CIESP/FIESP (Arbitration Chamber of the Industrial Federation of Sao Paulo), CAMARB (Business Arbitration Chamber of Brazil), and Engineer Institute and Eurochamber (Eurocâmaras).

She is a member of the Mediation Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP) and of Family Business Group of Multidisciplinary Studies of Getulio Vargas Law School (GEEF – GVLAW).

​

She is the founder of AMGULO, a company that specializes in mediation and counseling programs, as well as the training, prevention and management of corporate and business conflicts within the Family owned businesses and organizations.

​

She lectures classes and is the author of articles about the theme of Conflict Mediation, Family-Owned Businesses, Succession and Governance, such as “Efficient Conflict Management”, written jointly with Ana Luiza Isoldi, in “Relevant Aspects of the Family Owned Business, Succession and Governance Planning” (Saraiva, 2013); and “Family Owned Business- Learning how to deal with conflicts and perpetuating”, in Mediation of Conflicts For Students, Professionals and Teachers” (Jus Podium, 2016).

• Graduated in Law, University Mackenzie, São Paulo (1991).

​

• She specializes in Family Owned Business Governance (2004) and in Arbitration and Mediation (2003), both from GVLaw – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo.

​

• She also pursued post-graduation programs in Mediation and Negotiation, in Brazil and Foreign Countries, such as:
